In order to bring you a better consumer experience, items purchased from Luvcupboard may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item price for any reason.
Matters that should be noted when returning or exchanging goods.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Providing your order number will allow us to track down your order quickly.
- The cupboard must be in new condition and in its original packaging, with no scratches on the surface of the cabinets, and no missing parts, so please keep the original shipping packaging and be careful with the cupboard after purchase in case you might need to return the product.
Initiate returns or exchanges.
- If it is a quality problem with our products, please provide us with an unboxing video and pictures of the damaged
product. After verification, we will arrange to reship the product with the shipping cost borne by the seller. - If it's just that you don't like or don't want our products and want a refund or return, unfortunately, we don't accept
returns for such reasons. If you accept a return or exchange, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer. In addition, we do not charge for relisting the product.
Order cancellation.
Cancellations should be made within 30 minutes of the time you place your order. After 30 minutes, we cannot retrieve the order package in the processed order. Orders canceled within 30 minutes will be refunded within 24 hours. Orders canceled after 30 minutes will need to be returned after the customer receives the package and we will refund within 1-2 business days after receiving the package.
When will the refund arrive?
The exact time for refunds to arrive is based on your payment method and generally takes 1-2 business days. Please be patient and thank you for your understanding.
